ANNA DELLO RUSSO has created a music video to celebrate the launch of her upcoming accessories collection for H&M. The new release features a full-length version of her own track, Fashion Shower, which she first previewed in May last year.
The collection features jewellery, sunglasses, shoes, bags, predominantly in gold with vibrant hues of turquoise and orange with animal motifs including snakes and crocodiles. Dello Russo’s pet dog also makes a cameo appearance in clasp of one clutch bag.
The jewellery includes chunky stone drop earrings and pearl cuff bracelets while an over the top feather hat is not for wall flowers.
An idol of the blogosphere, whose flamboyant outfits are endlessly documented by style photographers and broadcasted globally on the web, Anna Dello Russo has once again demonstrated her unique sense of style by creating a special collection of accessories exclusively for H&M
Unabashedly glamorous, precious and playful, the range is an expression of Dello Russo’s taste for ornamentation. The collection will be available starting October 4th — the peak of the global Fashion Week tour — in approximately 140 stores worldwide and online.

“I like flashy stuff,” says Anna Dello Russo, recounting in her lilting Italian accent the time when her father tried to give her 12-year-old self an understated watch. She pleaded for a chunky gold Rolex. “My father said no, you have to find another one,” she recalls. “But I was fascinated by gold Rolexes.”
Her extensive collection of shoes, bags, jewelry, and headpieces — most of which are gold, sparkly, and unabashedly gaudy — won’t hit stores until October 4. As we’d hoped, her marketing strategy includes a new extended version of her “Fashion Shower” video, which shows her prancing around a giant gold shoe (“It was my idea!” she explained).
